Søknad

For forespørsler om utleie skal det sendes en epost med nødvendig søknadsinfo (les videre).

Datoer som blir gitt i søknadseposten vil legges inn i kalenderen vår etter prioritet. Etter søknadsfristen tar det normalt to uker å gå igjennom alle søknadene, for dermed å sende ut utleiekontrakter. Vi vil ikke behandle din søknad før søknadsfristen. Søknader gis lik prioritet, og datoen søknaden er lagt inn tas normalt ikke med i beregning. Studenterhytta prøver så godt man kan å gi alle tilbud på første oppsatte dato, men om dette ikke er mulig vil vi ta kontakt.

All utleie følger samme standardiserte kontrakt, meny og prisliste. For høsten 2018 gjelder følgende (med forbehold om at vi kan opplyse om endringer på epost):

For alle bookingrelaterte henvendelser, send en epost til booking@studenterhytta.org, som skal inneholde følgende punkter:

  • Navnet ditt.
  • Telefonnummeret ditt.
  • Navn på organisasjonen du representerer.
  • Tre mulige utleiedatoer i prioritert rekkefølge.
  • Hvor mange kommer til å være på arrangementet?
  • Ønsker du stamp på arrangementet?
  • Ønsker du badstu på arrangementet?

Frequently Asked Questions (regarding rental)

Application deadlines

For events on Thursdays or Fridays during:
Spring semester — application deadline is 31. October.
Fall semester — application deadline is 1. April.

These deadlines only matters if your group is applying to use the cabin exclusively – if you want to visit us on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday or Sunday, all we ask is that you let us know a week in advance (for big groups).

If you miss the deadline, you can still apply, but applications before the deadline are prioritized over applications after the deadline.

How many guests can sleep at the cabin?

We have 45 beds available in the 2nd floor of the cabin.

Can we rent the cabin exclusively any other day than Thursday and Friday?

No. However, if your group/organisation is less than 60 people you can visit the cabin during regular opening days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. However, you won’t have the cabin exclusively, and we ask that other guests are respected as well. Give us a headsup via messenger or email, so we can plan food and beds accordingly.

Why three prioritized dates?

Many groups/organisations apply for the same dates, and even though we try very hard to let all groups get their preferred date, this is not always possible.

Applications are given equal priority, the date of application is typically not taken into account when we decide who gets what date. We try as hard as we can to give all organizations their first priority date, and will contact your group if this is not possible.

Who can rent the cabin?

Groups and organisations can apply for specific dates and events, both closed (Thursday, Friday).

Studenterhytta NTNUI is run by and for NTNUI, the sports organization for students of NTNU, but we are equally available for all students and student organizations in Trondheim.

Organizations or companies that do not represent or include students may also apply for rent/use of the cabin, but such applications will be evaluated by the cabin board on an individual basis. Students and student organizations will always be prioritized.

We do get alot of requests for weddings, but the general policy we have here is to not arrange wedding parties, due to the sheer amount of extra effort it takes out of our volunteers. Therefore, for the interest of our volunteers and amount of work, we do not permit weddings at the cabin.

What food can we order?

The booking responsible will send you a menu with the season’s dishes after you send the application.
